This draft Privacy Policy explains how UpwardGrid plans to handle information submitted through upwardgrid.com and information needed to respond to inquiries or provide requested services.

The contact form in the current pre-launch preview is intentionally disconnected. Test entries are not transmitted to UpwardGrid or stored by the form. Before launch, UpwardGrid must select and document the actual providers and practices used for hosting, form delivery, email, and payment processing.

2. Information we may collect

Information you provide

When the inquiry form is activated, it may collect:

• full name;
• business name;
• email address;
• phone number, if provided;
• current website URL, if provided;
• a description of what the business does; and
• a description of the help being requested.

If you become a customer, UpwardGrid may also receive project content, business contact details, domain or service-access information you choose to provide, approval records, support communications, and billing-related records. Payment card information should be processed by the selected payment provider rather than stored directly in this static website.

Basic technical information

When the site is hosted, hosting and security infrastructure may receive basic technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, requested pages, timestamps, referrer information, and error or security logs. The final policy should be updated to match the selected provider’s actual logs and settings.
