What counts as a small content update?
Changing existing text, hours, contact details, an existing service description, or replacing an existing image supplied by you—or another similarly small change to existing content.
Not normally included: new pages, redesigns, new functionality, ecommerce, advanced booking, custom applications, major SEO projects, large rewrites, or ongoing marketing. We can quote those separately if requested.
Before any future purchase
You will see the complete recurring terms and will be required to actively agree to the monthly renewal and Terms of Service. No consent box will be pre-checked.
No long-term commitment. Cancel future monthly renewals through the available online method or by email. Service continues through the current paid period. Final terms will be presented before purchase. Domain registration is separate and should remain under your control whenever practical.

Do I own my domain?
Yes. Your domain should be registered under your control. We can help connect an existing domain or guide you through registering one when you are ready.
How does the $5 first month work?
The $149 setup fee is paid once. The Website Care Plan costs $5 for the first month only, then automatically renews at $39/month beginning with the second month until canceled. This Founding Customer Offer is available to the first 10 customers.
What is included in the monthly fee?
The Website Care Plan includes hosting, SSL, uptime monitoring, basic website maintenance, and up to 3 small content updates per month.
What counts as a small content update?
A small update generally means changing existing text, business hours, phone or email details, an existing service description, or replacing an existing image you provide. It does not normally include new pages, redesigns, new functionality, ecommerce, advanced booking systems, custom applications, major SEO projects, large rewrites, or ongoing marketing services. Those can be quoted separately.
How long does a website take?
Timing depends on the scope and how quickly we receive accurate business information, photos, and approvals. We will give you a realistic timeline after reviewing your submission.
Can you use my existing domain?
Usually, yes. We will review the current setup and explain any access or DNS changes needed before making them.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There is no long-term commitment for the monthly Website Care Plan. You may cancel future renewals through the available online method or by emailing hello@upwardgrid.com. Cancellation stops future monthly charges after the current paid service period. Hosting and maintenance end when that period ends. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for the pre-launch draft terms.
Is the $149 setup fee refundable?
The setup fee covers initial production work. If you cancel before substantive work begins, the fee is generally refundable, less any disclosed nonrecoverable third-party cost you approved. After substantive work begins, some or all of the fee may be retained based on work completed. If UpwardGrid cannot deliver the agreed service, we will provide an appropriate refund for the undelivered setup work, subject to applicable law and the final agreement.
Do I need to understand technology?
No. Our job is to keep the process clear and handle the technical work. You provide accurate business details and approve the final result.
